About the Event
As a result of the Black History Project at the Elizabeth M. Wagner History Center, this exhibit features the profiles of seven Cranburians. Starting in the late eighteenth century through the 1990s, the exhibit tells the stories of an enslaved person, a veteran of the Civil War, a Vietnam War veteran, one of the founders of the Cranbury A.M.E. Church, and activists during the 1960s and 70s. Read their stories, see some of the artifacts depicting their stories, and learn about the rich history of these Cranbury residents.
This exhibit runs from mid-March through September. The Cranbury Museum (4 Park Place East) is open on Sundays, 1-4 pm. Closed for holiday weekends.
